Despite my imposter syndrome, there is something inside me that I can’t hide anymore.
For months, an idea has been brewing in my head. A tipping-point that has been threatening to spill over… something that might bring a real change to you and your business.
But I’ve been questioning myself, finding it hard to believe that I can actually make it happen.
I realize I’ve been numbing myself for too long with activities like work, content creation, and coaching in order to keep myself from working on “it.”
All these “busy days” prevented me from sharing this with you.
I’m sorry it took awhile. It was really easy to choose “I’m busy” over “fuck, I am actually doing it.”
I am actually building a company.
Well, it’s NOT just a company.
It’s a dent in the universe.
And for the longest time, I’ve been holding myself back because I never thought that I could do it.
So I prepared hard… learned whatever I needed.
I came across a survey by Aweber on over 247k businesses for their 2020 Small Business Email Marketing Statistics Report.
They discovered that 79% of small businesses consider email marketing to be important to their business strategy.
But here’s the catch.
When it boiled down to how frequently small businesses send their emails, the survey showed that only 54% of small businesses send emails at least once a week.
So if businesses acknowledge that email marketing is so important, why are we struggling to send an email even once a week?
As a business owner myself, I understand how difficult it is to run a business.
There are multiple areas we have to focus on, and there are only so many hours in a day.
So the busier you are, the harder it is to get yourself to WRITE. THOSE. EMAILS.
It’s even worse than what the numbers are saying.
The truth is, most of these small businesses are not doing it correctly.
Trust me, I’ve been there. I have made the mistakes myself, both as a copywriter and a business operator.
But what’s so great about making mistakes is that you learn from them. As my experience grew in business and copywriting, I started formulating and testing strategies.
And the best part?
I learned through trial-and-error which ones work and which ones don’t. In time I learned how to get amazing results for my business and other people’s businesses.
But you know what?
You don’t have to make all the same mistakes I did.
Remember how only 54% of small businesses send emails at least once a week?
Let me tell you, that’s not enough.
And what’s more is that often these emails are not well-written.
That is one of the reasons why I have built this business. My business.
Because I realized that tribe leaders and business owners are struggling to stay in touch with their clients.
Here, the answers that you need to grow your business and nurture your relationship with your clients will finally be provided.
What it all boils down to is two important words: daily emails.
I have seen the results myself (and I have examples to back this up. They’re all here in this incredible podcast episode “Why Sending Daily Emails Will Change Your Relationships And Life”).
I was shocked at this breakthrough. It’s true: the more emails you send, the more money you make.
And no, these are not just any emails either.
To strike it rich, you should send emails that give real value to your clients.
Emails that will make your clients look forward to every email that you send, until they start to want more.
This is where Daily Cookie comes in. It’s a system where people who are experts in nurturing relationships and writing copy will write the emails for you.
At a flat rate, we will write as many copy requests as you like. You will get the best results from daily emails.
And once it works, you can expand your daily copy to bigger and more exciting projects.
Daily Cookie is a vision which has become a reality.
I finally decided to be visible with what I believe is right based on my experience.
I’m proud of the results gained by my businesses and the people I have helped through countless coaching sessions.
So I am not going to be shy about this any longer.
I realize that everything I’ve ever done in my life has brought me to this moment when I’m finally sharing this with you.
My coach calls this:
And that is what I have been working on for the past twelve months.
Being in alignment.
This is the start of my hero’s journey, my call to adventure. So in the next blog, I am going to share with you some very personal stories from the creation of Daily Cookie.
I’ll start with how I lost $875,000 USD because of my imposter syndrome.
